4 iPhone / AT & T / Lucent-Alcatel: HSUPA throttled to 384 Kbps

Concerns continue for four iPhone: AT & T and Alcatel-Lucent has recognized the existence of a problem on the mobile network which restricts the flow amount to 384 Kbps HSUPA instead of 5.76 Mbps promised.
